Privacy policy

Grantlanta Lawn ("we," "us") is a landscaping company at 444 Kelly St SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. This policy explains what we collect on grantlanta.com and how we use it. Short version: we collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the work, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

What you give us. When you request an estimate you give us your name, phone number, property address, and, if you choose, your email and a description of the job. If you call or text us, we keep the number you used and notes about your yard.

What our tools collect. We use website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics) to see which pages get visited and how the site performs. Our address field uses Google Maps Places to suggest addresses as you type; Google receives what you type into that field under Google's privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate, schedule and perform the work, send invoices, and follow up afterward. Estimate requests are delivered to our office through Slack and email so Heather can respond. We may text you about your request or your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only the people and tools needed to serve you: our crew members assigned to your job, our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processors (credit and debit cards, ACH, Venmo and Zelle), and the hosting and analytics providers named above. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing. If you ask us for a referral to a partner such as The Southern Shmooze, we share only what you ask us to.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for records, taxes and warranty questions. Ask and we will delete your contact information, unless we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@grantlantalawn.com or calling (678) 773-1617. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails with the unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is for adults arranging services for their property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted here.
